Reporting
Supplies are reported by scanning a QR code on the wall — not counted by hand and typed up hours later.
Taken from on-site discovery with the client and the people who would use it, through development, deployment and maintenance.

Counted by hand,
reported too late.
Before
- Walk the floors
- Note on paper
- Type it up later
- Information reaches the manager later
After
- Scan the code on the wall
- Context is already filled in
- Dashboard updates now
The report is made where the shortage is seen, by the person who sees it — designed for quick, one-handed use on site.
How it works.
01 · Scan
A code per location opens the report page for that exact spot.
Building, floor, room — validated, not typed.
02 · Report
What is missing, what is low, in three taps.
No login for the floor. No free text to clean up.
03 · Monitor
A role-protected dashboard, live, with CSV out.
Real-time monitoring · summary metrics · export.

Why schematics— the production system contains client sites, users and operational data. The interfaces shown here are redrawn from the layouts I designed, without client content.
From discovery
to production.
Discovery ran on site, with the client and the people who would use the system. Two surfaces came out of it — a one-hand phone flow for the floor, a role-separated dashboard for monitoring. It is in production, still maintained, with new sites added over time.
